As you go up the terrace of the Namsan Tower ; you can see many ( i really mean MANY!!! ) locks all around the area!! ( below )

And these whole area are some sort " vandalized " by the lovers!! lol!
As you walk around, you will notice lots of chairs, tables and benches all have been written on. ( below )

That's really 'many' lovers' locks there! They locked their true love there symbolizing their love for each other stays forever :D
Those love-strucked lovers locked their hearts together with locks and threw the keys away. Nobody can unlock the locks. Ha,ha,ha.
